Returns & Exchanges
Once Upon a Skirt prides itself on offering the newest, high quality styles and in fulfilling your orders accurately. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept items in their original, unworn and unaltered condition within 14 days of receipt. Simply, reach out via email or phone and we will send you a link to print a return label. All returns are flat rate $6 and shipped via U.S. Mail. Once a return is accepted, we will provide you with a full refund minus all shipping costs. For your convenience, we can accept items returned physically to the return address, for a full refund minus original shipping costs. Please allow up to 5 days for all refunds to be processed. We do not guarantee exchanges.
No Worries Return Policy
- We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
- All returned merchandise must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of any makeup or deodorant marks, with all tags in place and with the original invoice.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All jewelry, accessories, swimsuits, bodysuits, intimates and clearance or discounted items are final sale and non-returnable.
- Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements stated will be returned to the customer and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for any returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipping.
In the rare case of a shipping error please contact us via phone or email within 48 hours of receiving the incorrect merchandise. A replacement will be rush shipped free of charge. If no replacement is available, a refund in the value of the merchandise plus all shipping costs will be given to the customer.
Once our warehouse has received the return, an email notification with the amount of the refund will be sent to the customer. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be applied to your method of payment.
